Mocha Frappe

Homemade Mocha Frappe:
Ingredients:
2 C.  of brewed coffee fixed the way you like it (Cream, sugar etc.) and frozen in an ice cup tray.
(For the recipe you will only need 8 cubes of the 16)
1 heaping Spoonful of cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla (more or less)
A generous drizzle of chocolate syrup (and/or caramel: optional)
A few dark chocolate or milk chocolate chips (optional)
A sprinkle of coconut (I do this for the texture it is totally optional and not at all necessary)
Enough milk to cover the cubes a little more than 1/2 way

Topping;
Whipped cream and chocolate syrup: (optional)

Using a blender (or magic bullet) fill with above ingredients (minus the topping) starting with the coffee cubes and finishing with the milk.
Blend until smooth and slushy-like.
Top with whipped cream and syrup. Stick it with a straw and enjoy. :)

You will notice the measurements are not exact as I have never really measured. I have just made enough if these to have found my preference in taste and it will vary according to each individual.

Altercations can easily be made as long as you follow the basic ingredients (coffee cubes, cocoa, vanilla, chocolate syrup and milk)
You can add extracts (coconut, mint (gross) or whatever appeals to you.)
Add candy pieces (butterfingers, Heath bar, etc.)
And change the coffee to your favorite flavored coffee if you like :)
Super easy and definitely a money saver if you drink frappes on a daily basis.

This recipe makes a McDonald medium size which, where I come from, costs about $3...which is insane.
Over the course of a week I have saved $21.
In a month, $93.
(Crazy how a small addiction adds up! Granted, that is if you drink one every day... And lately I have been) :P

It may look like a lot of work but its really not that hard.
